Sportsmanship -
NJJGLL believes that Honoring the Game of lacrosse comes before winning and losing. We have created a form to report instances where a participant(s), team or group created either a POSITIVE or NEGATIVE notable experience during a NJJGLL event. Notable would mean either "I have never seen another youth lacrosse organization do this better" or "This behavior was unsatisfactory."
We do plan on recognizing and rewarding members who display exceptional sportsmanship.
Please try to sort out a negative event on your own and between the town program managers. If you are unable to resolve the issue or are not satisfied, then fill out the form. Reports of poor sportsmanship will be investigated by the conference president and/or the sportsmanship chair.
